Temp to Perm Placement
Many of our clients enjoy working with our chefs, bartenders and/or wait staff so much that they sometimes approach us with the possibility of hiring them directly to become full-time employees within their internal corporate dining group. It’s a win-win situation for all parties — a great way for clients to “audition” prospective employees and for our staff to get to know your company before committing to full-time employment with you. If there is mutual interest, we will work with both parties to discuss conversion terms and timing in order to ensure a smooth transition.
